Obviously, teachers changing answers to give students a better grade is not acceptable, but if you want to look at it from a different perspective, why these tests had low grades is a another way to look at it. I think parents have a huge impact on their child's grades and school effort because if they don't push their kids to do homework and study at home, then the kids won't push themselves to succeed in the classroom. These are high school kids, so they need all the help they can get to succeed because at that young age they are not responsible enough to stay on track and focus on their school work without someone helping them and keeping them busy. Parents have a huge impact on their children's academic success, so knowing that there have been a lot of low test scores, something tells me that parents aren't doing the job they're supposed to be doing
