Unfortunately, their adherence to tradition may result in an inability to understand the different values of others. German managers strive to create a perfect system. There is a clear chain of command in each department and information and instructions are passed down from the top. However, considerable value is placed on consensus. There is also another fact that shows us the differences between the leadership style of each country. Successful leaders in developed economies are different from successful leaders in emerging economies. Leaders in emerging markets such as China and India tend to have a strong focus and expertise on operational execution. These people have a strong focus on practice management, operational processes and focus on individual performance management. Americans, in contrast, actually have more hybrid leadership models. US
