What is hedonism? Perhaps most of us are not familiar with this word. While we may be hedonistic unconsciously. According to the Cambridge Advance Learner's Dictionary, hedonism is living and behaving in such a way as to obtain as much pleasure as possible from life, according to the belief that the most important thing in life is to have fun. We called people who practice hedonism hedonistic people. Hedonist connotes someone given to their own sensual pleasure (spot.colorado.edu). Nowadays, hedonism manifests itself everywhere, from adults to teenagers. So, what should we do through hedonism? Hedonism is a point of view that assumes that pleasure is the main point of life. Actually, what is pleasure? According to Webster, pleasure is a source of pleasure, joy, or gratification. The hedonist will do anything to achieve his own pleasure. No matter the price, the hedonist will actually buy it for his own pleasure. They also believe that pleasure is the only good in life and pain is the only evil.
