In this article, 360 degree feedback from a Romanian company was discussed. He talked about different sources of HR performance evaluation. He also talked about different types of performance such as contextual performance, task performance, adaptive performance, etc. Feedback is an important tool that people at work provide to an employee regarding his performance to improve his good performance and correct poor behavior. It is up to the recipient to decide whether to accept or reject it. The main source of feedback comes from managers as they set performance goals.
