These are the positive aspects of Western civilization, they all have to do with the means, tools and machines used by man. They are in fact double-edged tools that can be used for both good and evil. Even the expression "planetary village", initially coined to convey the reduction of distances, is not a pure blessing, but can generate a lot of evil. Western civilization is in fact a civilization of means and capabilities, not a civilization that pursues sublime goals and objectives. There is no doubt that Western civilization has caused a unique industrial revolution in the life of the world, which has become a scientific and technological revolution.
