Law enforcement has used multiple techniques over the years to try to catch criminals in the act. One such technique is the use of undercover agents, who work in the field to obtain information under false identities. This tactic is often used to catch child predators in online chat rooms. These men and women of the law pose as boys and girls in an effort to catch a predator before he can harm another child.
