A• Upgrading the network infrastructure AnalysisA data network is a telecommunications network that allows computers to exchange data. In computer networks, networked devices exchange data through data connections. These connections between devices in networks are established using wired or wireless media. Computer networks differ in the physical means used to transmit signals, the communications protocols for organizing network traffic, the size of the network, the topology, and the organizational intent. With the rapid era of technology, upgrading the network is an important and vital change in this organization. This will incur a lot of cost and time for the organization's management and users. But it's really worth it. If the upgrade happens in the insurance industry, the main impact will be on security and data integration because the data in the company belongs to the end users and contains vital information. SWOT analysis is a useful technique to understand and analyze this network upgrade project. It would help us understand our strengths and weaknesses and identify both the opportunities available to us and the threats we may face. Below is my SWOT analysis for "Philips Insurance Company". SWOT Analysis Strengths (S) • The company has offices in seven cities, which is considered to have good experience in data management and integration. • The company has a brand in the market. • The company is a kind of large enterprise, so it can easily save the additional budget involved in upgrading the network.• The company is tech-savvy and the end users use the local intranet for class and video sessions.Weakness ( W)• Lack of security program could be an isuu...... middle of paper ......and steps to avoid data leakage.3.6. Data should be validated against users' rights.3.7. Login credentials and passwords to carry out security checks.3.8. Build logical access management for the business where data can be accessed based on user rights.Part 3: Visual explanations of potential solutions• Value Chain Analysis• Value Chain Analysis (VCA) it is a useful tool to understand how we can create the greatest possible value for customers. It represents the internal activities of the company or organization involved in transforming inputs into outputs. In business, we take raw inputs and add value to them to become something better for people. As in the manufacturing industry, we take the raw material and add value to it to convert it into something that customers want to buy (Jurevicius, 2013).
