Technology is something that has changed our lives in the last few decades. This includes cell phones, Internet, laptops, etc. Since it has been improved, technology as a whole has been radically changed and is now vital as it also makes life a lot easier. Technological overload could certainly be associated with being antisocial. People tend to forget about the outside world and its emotions because they are too focused on their devices and slowly start to become antisocial. There are several ways to best deal with technological overload; use it only in the workplace, use devices safely. Technological devices should be used only in the workplace because some people focus so much on their work that they forget that they have families waiting for them at home, these are workaholics and even once they return home they are still in their technological world and what they need to do in this case is to turn off their mobile phones to spend quality time with their families. This also applies when you are around people or friends, whether it is a meeting or a lunch, it is very important to be respectful towards others and not keep your phone in your hand all the time as this is considered impolite and discourteous. Another way to deal with technology overload is while driving.
