We can see these strong-willed individuals in many places, but they are mostly found in highly populated areas. For example, you can find some activists and volunteers on the Third Street Promenade, in Santa Monica, California, handing out flyers and informing people about issues such as deforestation, animal abuse and climate change. (832) In this quote Nietzsche explains why we should encourage and allow these strong individuals to implement new social values which will preserve the land and its forests. However, the problem with Nietzsche's philosophy is that there is no right or wrong because everything the strong-willed individual decides is already considered morally correct.
