Simple actions, such as saying “we” instead of “I” and demonstrating how to perform instead of requiring tasks to be performed, will encourage people to follow you. Recognizing your subordinates' achievements, instead of taking credit for them yourself, will inspire your employees to work to the best of their abilities.
