Neutrogena Products in the UK should support their campaign on the use of anti-aging products and this should allow them to change the product packaging design to meet the demands of their consumers. As time goes by, consumer demand changes and so do their competitors. This means that personal selling should have a way to get data from wholesalers, consumers, and retailers. This makes personal selling a connection of agents who can work their way down every street as soon as the original market becomes a success. As a middle-aged woman, I too feel that Neutrogena has a greater understanding when it comes to concerns about aging in today's world. In order to market your product locally or internationally you must be able to connect with your target audience on their level and in their lifestyle.
