I particularly enjoyed talking about the trolley problem, I think it's a very intriguing question. I think each person's response really shows a lot about their personality and how they view life. My perspective is that we should try to save as many people as possible, even if it means making a difficult decision like pulling the lever, so as to save five lives from harm and instead kill one. Unfortunately, you lose that one life that wasn't originally in play, but you save five more that were, but that's four more lives than would have been saved before. I think most people would give the same answer as me at first, then consider other things, like the fact that they are intentionally killing a person, rather than just letting the cart take its original course and killing the five out of fear that are involved. So, instead of saving four more lives, the average person would instead let the five die, preserving their belief in their innocence, maintaining their lack of involvement in the situation, but in reality, when faced with a harsh but rational decision , he chose to run away and let those in danger escape
