Good health is a right for everyone. Everyone should have the opportunity to obtain health services, social services and differentiated treatments. All people have the right to receive psychological, physical and social support. Throughout the world, the World Health Organization (WHO) is responsible for providing leadership on global health issues, setting the health research agenda, establishing norms and standards, articulating evidence-based policy options, providing technical support to countries and monitor and evaluate health trends. Unfortunately, in poor countries not everyone has access to healthcare. (WHO 2013)Many countries cannot take care of the health care of the entire population. It's clear they need help. Many organizations work continuously in developing countries. And of course they also work in critical areas. The help of these organizations is very important for the people living in this kind of area. It's important and appreciated. And in the future it will be necessary. In this assignment I will present the healthcare system of three different countries. These counties are Finland, Spain and Kenya. I will present public and private healthcare in these countries. These countries are very different and their healthcare system differs from each other. At the end of the assignment I will explain my thoughts on the similarities and differences of the countries.2. HEALTH CARE IN FINLAND Finland is located northeast of the Baltic Sea. The total population is 5 408 000 inhabitants. In 2007, life expectancy was 82.9 for women and 75.8 for men. (WHO 2013)Every Finnish citizen has the right to social and health care services. This is control by laws. The Constitution says that everyone has the right to income and care, if they want to manage it adequately. Social w...... middle of paper ......en time. But it was really interesting to explore the healthcare system of different countries. It was challenging for me because this assignment is to write in English. It takes time to read different sources and read about it. I use English and Finnish sources. This task made me reflect on our situation compared to other countries. In Finland we have a good healthcare system and we can organize and plan it ourselves. In Finland the nation does not depend on other countries. We have the right to good health and social care. And we get good healthcare. In Finland we have strict regulations and guidelines on healthcare. Tracking is accurate. I think it is very important to maintain and support various organizations. They do invaluable work where it is needed. The different functioning of the Organization provides foundations for life and opportunities for the future.
