“I'm a God” Everyone says who I am and what I am, but that's just being there and telling others that you are who you are. Kanye West, the most influential rapper, thinks he is a "god" or tries to connect to god. He said he doesn't have any explanation about it, but said he's "the number one rapper on this planet" and everyone should respect that. West is also an artist/fashion designer, which he fought for a lot, he compares himself to Michael Jackson saying that his struggle to break into fashion is like when Michael Jackson was fighting to get his videos on MTV, and he wants to change the entire world fashion system and become the leading designer. Kanye likes his music and his work in general to define who he is and how his work influences others. There are many songs that influence his fans; his songs influence the way you think and the way you look at society. In his song “No church in the wild” he talks about how he formed his own belief and how he controls it, just like God controls it but gives permissions that God doesn't give. He says "It's something a teacher can't teach when we die the money we can't keep but we probably spend it all because pain isn't cheap: Preach" he says this because like this doesn't assimilate to anyone normal religion in real life is something that it cannot be taught or preached. If it wasn't for Jayz's blessings, his signature and his protection, he wouldn't be what he is now. He wouldn't have gotten this far without Jayz being there for him, his brother and watching his back the whole time. He is learning what he wants and that one day he will achieve his goals like Jayz. He believes in God that one day he will be successful with both his career as a musician and a fashion designer.
