Exercising, doing yoga, and going for a walk are all ways that can help manage stress from work and home life. Additionally, getting adequate sleep at night and eating a well-balanced meal will be helpful in managing stress. Avoiding negative thoughts and environments can bring an individual's mind to a happier, stress-free place. As stated by Plaut and Middleton (2012), “Turn your negative thinking upside down” (p.169).
