Topic > Does God really exist? - 1053

Religion is the belief in and worship of a phenomenal controlling power, especially one or more personal gods. Religion has been a part of human being since the dawn of time and whether people believe in God almighty or any other god. Most religions believe in a particular higher power, consequently it raises the question: Does God really exist or not? Every person in this world can give an answer to that particular question in there in their own way and according to their religion. Some will say that God exists and will give proof of the existence of God, but there are others who believe that God does not exist and that there is no such thing as God. In a group of people, whenever a religious topic is brought up, it brings always in a discussion, a heated discussion or a debate. One of the biggest debates going on in this world is whether God really exists or not. Arguments for and against the existence of God have been put forward by philosophers, theologians, scientists, and others for thousands of years. As a result I decided to go and ask my parents, family and friends the question which has been discussed among people of different religion, group and family. But before I asked my question to the groups of people I had, I thought about the response I gave to my professor when this question was asked in class. I told her that I believe God exists, and when asked for proof I said because of all the miracles I have seen in churches throughout my life and all the miracles I have heard and seen on TV. I wasn't satisfied with my answer and I was ashamed that I couldn't give a better answer. After that I thought to myself that if I asked the same question to the people around me I would get a similar answer or w... in the middle of the paper... at the beginning of time and that part that we find in the beginning of times that was created by a phenomenal controlling power called God and that is why I say God exists. It was an incredible response and his response was satisfying. In conclusion, as a man raised as a Christian I have never dared to ask myself or anyone if God really exists until this post. And the reaction I got from everyone I asked was that there are some things that science can't answer and those things that can't be described are divine creation and nothing else. So the next time I am asked this same question I will answer this way: There is nothing that can truly prove that God really exists, but we know that God exists because we feel it deep in our hearts and believe in it. In other words, I have faith that God really exists.
