Social obstacles range from social class to authority/power. With such a broad vision there will need to be 1 to 3 people overseeing the entire plan to direct all volunteers. Authority and leadership roles can cause people to become corrupt and not fully respect the wishes and needs of the community, while focusing on benefits for themselves. Upper class people may be more willing to adopt change because they have greater access to resources. Many of the plan's goals will require financial obligations of some kind. Whether it's a sponsorship, a donation or out-of-pocket revenue, Miami Gardens will need money for this plan to come to fruition. Some individuals in this population cannot afford their next meal.
