Sarah is Helen's friend. Sarah and Helen sneak into Sarah's parents' liquor cabinet. There seems to be a bit of envy between the two girls. Sarah's parents are not present as much as Helen's parents. Helen stated that her mother is always home when she arrives, and Sarah paused and changed the subject. I think Sarah is perhaps a little luckier than Helen financially, but she's not up to par when it comes to family. Mary Catherine did a great job transforming into Sarah. She was very young, vibrant and lively. I never thought she would play a mother in another scene. She even looked different, she looked younger compared to her looking older in the other scenes.
