Being a spiritual person can provide a joy that only you can know. Watching and listening to Laveda about her spirituality made her understand that she has faith in God and believes in him. Because she was so spiritual, I feel this is why she enjoyed life so much. I think this has a lot to do with why she enjoys life so much. Personality is also something that struck me. A person's personality is what describes who they are. As a person gets older it is very important that they are able to accept the fact that they are getting older and adapt to their lifestyle. A positive personality helps older adults see aging in a positive light. Having a negative attitude only leads to the person being unable to enjoy a normal life and accept the aging process. As long as a person has a negative personality, growing old becomes a burden. Attitude is another part that plays a huge role in the aging process. The aging process can make a person really bitter if they are not willing to accept the aging process. If a person has a positive attitude towards aging, he or she will have a good outlook on aging. If an older adult knows they have accomplished all the things they wanted in their life, they can begin to look forward to enjoying the fruits of their labor. Looking at the big picture and having a positive attitude towards the aging process allows the senior to start enjoying these things
