The most effective organizational stress management method I believe is secondary prevention management. The reason is that I believe that moving away or getting rid of stressors is the key answer, especially since they tend to be major causes of stress. It is known that stressors are divided into two classes: internal stressors and external stressors. Internal stressors are real ailments and external stressors are real circumstances. Stressors are also identified as short term, which is acute stress and reaction to immediate threats, then we have long term, which is chronic and tend to be anxiety stressors which are ongoing and ongoing. With this method it is important to regularly build new habits and/or behaviors, all to distance a person from stressors and stressful circumstances, which can also cause anxiety. These ways are key to managing stress on a more permanent basis. There is also the fact that if an individual maintains and follows a healthy diet, gets plenty of sleep and rest (usually eight hours), exercises regularly at home or at the gym, takes anger and stress management classes, all to reduce the possibilities of stressful circumstances within. and out of
