Finally he tells the people about Caesar's affection for the poor: "When the poor cried, Caesar cried." Unlike Mark Antony, Brutus provides no evidence to prove his thesis that Caesar was ambitious. This information illustrates how logical reasons alter people's opinions. Therefore, as Antony provides more evidence to support his opinion, the people sided with him instead
