As an educator, I will most likely encounter students who come from a wide variety of different backgrounds. Diversity within the classroom has both positive and negative effects. The first thing is to make sure that every student is treated equally and that no assumptions are made about where they come from. When you include students with special needs in the classroom, there is diversity as a whole. Because they have different learning needs than other students in the classroom. Having previously worked with students with special needs, I see that they are often teased for being “different.” I feel that everyone is different in how they learn and that, as a future educator, I must be able to accommodate the learning styles of all students to the best of my ability. I plan to do this by planning activities based on students' interests and how they would like to learn them. And I want to teach my students that doing something new is different, just like everyone is different and no one is
