Self-determination theory states that maximum motivation to learn can be achieved by strengthening children's need to feel competent, independent and close to others. Classroom organization consists of coordinating behavior, time and attention. And the third domain, teaching interaction, is defined as the event between the student and the environment in acquiring functional knowledge. Engagement and learning outcomes can be improved by three aspects of interaction: instructional behavior, discussions, and activities. Optimally, it encourages the student to develop higher order thinking and conceptual skills.
