Victor created a creature unknown to man. Everyone, including Victor, was petrified of the creature. He was judged by his appearance and not by his character. Even though the creature looked hideous and hideous doesn't mean it was an evil being. How could Victor create this creature and be afraid of it? The creature wasn't evil at all; he was simply misunderstood and provoked to anger by his own creator. The creature did not kill for evil reasons. As I stated before, the creature was provoked by anger. The creature he wanted was a companion to accompany him so he would no longer be alone. The creature wanted another creature of its kind to complete it and fill the missing holes in its heart. Once the creature had a mate, he said it would be gone forever. Victor said he would create the companion but let the fear of what might happen discourage him and went back on his word. The creature was now enraged and full of rage. If someone told me they would do something my heart desired and decide to go back on their word, I would be misguided....
