Deforestation of the Earth has been done for thousands of years, with the intent of clearing land to improve agricultural crops or any type of livestock. It is believed that tropical forests are a contribution of developing countries and that our needs are not being met. Neither local nor national needs are met, which affects economic globalization. This means that the needs and desires of our population help to satisfy them. Deforestation, by definition, is defined as “the removal of forest cover as a result of human activity” (Gove 593). The direct causes of deforestation are the interest in expanding infrastructure such as building or modifying roads, the interest in agricultural expansion, and the extraction of wood for fuel or coal sources. A single direct cause is generally rare for deforestation. Many processes contribute to causing deforestation of our lands, which in most cases has no direct cause. Although a direct cause is almost never found, the main cause of tropical deforestation is conversion to crops and pastures. This is mainly used for subsistence, which is the average farmer's daily work to meet needs through cultivation or livestock raising. Conversion to agricultural land is usually attractive from multiple factors. For example, when countries create infrastructure for better transportation of goods or services to remote areas, this is a determining factor. Road construction is one factor in clearing out these remote areas of crops and pastures to enhance trade. A limited amount of deforestation is caused by road construction, but it is still deforestation. In this way, logon comes into play with the deforestation process. Logging is usually introduced halfway through the paper with the deforestation process. Some night owls and common birds are declining in population. Our forests are home to many animals that are now at risk. Deforestation not only harms animals and the water cycle, but over time it also harms us as individuals. It can seriously harm our health after a certain period of time if maintained. Together with animals, crops and us as humans, it above all affects our environment in an even more dangerous way. Therefore, deforestation is only a detriment to our world and the living organisms in it because of its deadly yet overlooked effects on our economy.
