Karl Marx introduces materialistic theory into society. Karl Marx makes this theory an aid to form equality between societies and have a better life in society. In the era of Karl Marx, he establishes that huge gap in society between bourgeois and workers. The bourgeois enjoy the fruit of labor while the workers contribute with their labor. The bourgeois introduce material forces of production based on Marx's terminology that include capital, land and labor, while social relations of production refer to the division of labor and implicit class relations. Furthermore, the owner makes a huge profit by paying the worker less than the value of his work. Max said that the overall relationship of the economic structure forms the shape of the superstructure of society. Besides that, the owner uses economic power to control the state and depends on the production of products. Emile Durkheim, known as the father of modern social science, introduced many theories such as division of labor in society in 1892, rules of sociological method in 1895, and suicide in 1897. In Durkheim's research on division of labor, he studies and compares two forms of solidarity, mechanical (traditional) and organic (modern), based on morality and anomie. The main goal of this division of labor is individualism, the individual becomes selfishness and no investment in welfare. There are huge differences between mechanical and organic solidarity based on the degree of society, division of labor, deviant law, etc. For example, in organic (modern) solidarity which has a greater division of labor, specialized tasks between individuals, more selfish and moral people regulated, and there is also an adequate system of laws assigned when deviants occur. The division of labor based on my experiment is in the year 2012, after finishing my studies at UNIM pre-university......half of the document.... ..d, they only get a raise of salary. Equality and a better life will be archived using this theory. With the help of this theory, the owner must give long holidays during festivals like Eid and so on. Furthermore, to prevent alienation from occurring, the factory must organize events such as a family day, sports days and picnics for all employees, including foreign ones. .
