This would allow me to take on clients over the Internet and coach them in self-improvement, helping them achieve their goals through diet and strength training. Some important mindfulness techniques that I believe can help me be a better coach for my clients include focusing on what is happening in the present moment, whether it's a client interaction or improving my content to help my clients . Another useful tool will be my ability to consciously communicate with others to get the most out of customer interactions, allowing me to meet their needs rather than waste both their and my time in a non-value-added interaction. This also relates to the plans I plan to put together. Very often people sign up for these types of online coaching services and end up getting a “cookie cutter” plan that isn't really right for them. I intend to differentiate myself by truly focusing on the needs of my clients and instead of going on autopilot, which would not be beneficial to my clients, I would instead stay in the present moment and realize that I need to engage so that they can also engage and bring a change in their life.
