All scenarios showed how nurses' actions can directly or indirectly affect their patients. By violating HIPPA, we are violating our patients' privacy and impacting their psychosocial well-being. With ineffective communication we put our patients in danger. By doing something outside of our scope of practice, we put our patients in danger and therefore jeopardize their well-being. The last scenario proved that nursing is a very professional job, and as nurses, we are required to follow uniform policies, and for the safety of our patients, we must keep our hair tied and wear minimal jewelry. For this video, the group used references. All references used by this group were of good quality. They used the N444 Professional Nursing Practice Preceptor's Manual, the Nursing Student Manual, and Leadership Roles and Management Functions in Nursing Theory and Application. All references have been listed using APA format. All the scenarios were very good, challenging and well acted. My suggestion is that it would have been nice if instead of stating what should have been done, they had first filmed the wrong way and then the right way to make the point better understood
