Through simple manipulation and alteration of member and situational characteristics, the leader can be seen as a transformational leader. In order for sports psychologists to evaluate whether Chelladurai's multidimensional leadership model is effective or not, a measurement tool was used. The most popular measurement tool for this purpose is the Leadership Scale for Sport (LSS). The LSS was first created by Chelladurai and Saleh in 1978 and modified in 1980. It measures 5 key parts of leadership: training and education, democratic behavior, positive feedback, social support, and autocratic behavior. The LSS has received psychometric support and has been extensively tested (Chelladurai, 1993; Chelladurai & Riemer, 1998). With Chelladurai's multidimensional theory and the use of LSS sport psychologists would be able to identify areas where sport and exercise managers or leaders are not as effective as they could
