For the purposes of this research study, examining continuity in pressing the snooze button after the alarm goes off may cause problems with sleep and the desire to get out of bed to start a virtuous morning. The goal within the target behavior of excessively pressing the snooze button is to limit the number of times the snooze button is pressed to approximately half of the individual's baseline average. Many problems related to excessively pressing the snooze button can be a cause of lack of sleep the previous night, this can be a big problem for many people who need a couple of extra minutes to sleep in order to be fully sure that they are able to get out of bed fully rested. I have some proposed treatments that can be a huge factor that can actually change the way the individual sleeps and gives the individual the opportunity to cut the baseline average in half and ultimately have the ability to totally change that behavior. Introduction The snooze button is an accessory that comes with most alarm clocks and also with many phone alarm clocks, the snooze button is intended to give someone the opportunity to sleep for a couple of extra minutes so that the individual have an extra amount of time to recover energy to start the day. Although within the positive concept the snooze button also has its disadvantages, the snooze button allows the individual to press it as frequently as they want. This can cause a factor where the individual constantly hits the snooze button and cannot remember having slept for an efficient amount of time and usually excessive behavior where he or she fails to wake up in time for vital situations that are in need to wake me up. With the goal... in the center of the card... peace of mind and being able to wake up and deal with the alarm without hitting the snooze button. In conclusion, the snooze button is an accessory that allows the individual the opportunity to have an additional window of time to sleep for a selected period of time. Although with the luxury of the snooze button this can also cause many people to abuse the snooze button and start a behavior that can affect their entire day, this target behavior can cause sleep disturbances and also the problem of constant hits of snooze. Many people, due to lack of sleep the night before, also suffer during the day trying to be extremely exhausted all day. Lack of sleep is the main problem of the target behavior when pressing the snooze button which can be changed based on the number of times the individual presses the snooze button.
