In our American society it is the president's job to devise plans that benefit our society as a whole. He might be suggesting that he has this plan to solve global warming or maybe he's worried about what a certain policy should look like. Like past presidents, President Obama also has concerns and changes he would like to implement. While no plan is free from opposition and outside ideas that make community colleges free will help the nations students get the education they deserve. With better informed communities, we will then be able to employ new workers in technical careers to the benefit of the worker and employers. Being able to take steps toward higher education without the burden of finances is a great opportunity and should not be casually ignored.
