From the beginning he didn't like them at all. He was born in an era of hate. He viewed the Holocaust as a long-term project planned well in advance. Hitler even thought that Jews were of a different kind. He said that Jews are not truly human and should be destroyed. They are human just like everyone else. There was no reason for him to kill thousands and thousands of Jews just because he didn't like their race. Jews are people too and have the right to do what they want. It wasn't even just Jews in Germany. Hitler wanted all Jews to leave, even those from other countries. He would take Jews from other countries and kill them. Hitler declared to his friend in 1922 that if he ever came to power, the destruction of the Jews would be my first and most important task. Hitler had been planning this “war” all along and when he had the chance, he did it. Once it started, there was no stopping it. Hitler had finally achieved what he had always wanted: to destroy the Jewish population. Within six months the Nazis had murdered 600,000 Jews and Hitler was still not satisfied.
