What is love? Love, love, love, we hear it every day, everywhere, it's used so often that we don't really think about it. The question that needs to be answered is what is love really? Was love created so that hate could be suppressed? Is love something that both man and woman hope for when the world collapses around them? Does love help ease the pain and suffering experienced by victims of natural disasters? Aphrodite, Venus, Cupid and Eros were well known as the gods of love and sex by the Greeks and Romans well before the birth of Christ, which basically makes love a very ancient topic. Yet this still doesn't answer the question: what is love really? If you were to flip through a dictionary, love would mean a strong feeling of affection or a strong feeling related to sexual attraction. When you talk about love to someone, what they usually say is: love is pure, love comes from the heart, love is special. Is it really true or is it just that we are afraid of being alone without a partner. Is there love among animals? I doubt it because they have sex so often with different people...
