There must be something that triggers this kind of disruptive behavior, their dignity and self-worth must suffer for them to act this way. Students realize their dignity in the relationships they establish with their peers and teachers. If a relationship is formed based on the child's destructive and negative behavior and the teacher's tension, the dignity of other students will be compromised and their learning may be negatively affected. Destructive children in the classroom do not allow for overall moral dignity as there is a constant negative learning environment. The dignity of teachers is also affected, as they have to face situations of great stress and disappointment on a daily basis. The common good of the class and the entire school is based on the actions of its students and teachers. Everyone in the school community must contribute so that the common good can be seen and so that everyone in the school can thrive. The destructive child affects the greater good as other students may feel that they cannot contribute and be listened to and even school activities may be canceled due to most of the allotted time being spent on disciplining the destructive children.
