On the other hand, authors such as the 25-year-old conservative David Bass writes in his article “Diapers for 26-year-olds” to demonstrate that this is not the case and in fact the opposite. David Bass believes that Millennials have a poor work ethic because they delay marriage and parenthood to find the perfect job that they can be completely satisfied with.
