This legend is based on the Brothers Grimm's parable which is one of their first works. In the Grimm story, the queen is the real mother of the princess. When the queen discovers from the mirror that her daughter is more beautiful than her, she becomes jealous and begins to hate her daughter, who is "the most beautiful of all" (The Origins of Snow White, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty" 2 ) at just seven The Queen sends the Huntsman to kill Snow White as in the original story, but he demands her daughter's lungs and liver, not her heart. The Huntsman lets her go mostly because he thinks the wild animals will kill her anyway during her stay with the dwarves, the queen knows she is there and makes three more attempts on her life. The dwarves manage to save her the first two times, but conclude that she is dead the third time, when she finds herself a piece of the poisoned apple in the throat. One day a prince arrives and falls in love with the unconscious beauty. He then proceeds to carry the corpse wherever he goes, referring to her body as "his dearest possession" (The Origins). 3). The piece of apple is moved waking the princess and she falls in love with the prince. At their wedding, the queen is forced to wear red-hot iron shoes and dance until she dies. Although this story had a happy ending, it contains some gory details that Disney animation did not have
