Participants were randomly selected and asked to complete the NEO FFI (Neuroticism-Extroversion-Openness Five-Factor Inventory). NEO FFI is a personality test based on the five-factor model of personality and is used to examine an individual's personality. After taking the NEO, they are asked to take ENRICH (Problems evaluating and caring for relationships, communication and happiness). ENRICH is a questionnaire for married couples used to test marital satisfaction. The results indicate that there were some significant relationships between three personalities; neuroticism, extroversion and conscientiousness. The one that had the greatest effect on marital satisfaction was neuroticism. Neuroticism had a negative impact on marital satisfaction, alone or with extraversion and conscientiousness. Extraversion and conscientiousness together showed positive martial satisfaction. The other personalities (agreeableness, conscientiousness, extraversion and openness) alone did not show any significance
