Jon Daly was a great American hero and during his wartime exploits he became a changed man. He put himself in danger countless times for the good of his team. While he may have been less than extraordinary as a child, in his adolescence he demonstrated that he was truly a man for others. He proved that with the right attitude anyone can make something of themselves, even if they weren't good at it as a child. Jon Daly was a misfit as a child, but through proper habit formation he grew into a respectable man who would put himself in harm's way for the good of his team. As a child, Daly was anything but a hero. He was constantly in trouble. He was incredibly bright but not academically motivated. During preparation he constantly received JUG for his outspoken behavior. She was driving her grandmother's Model T and crashed twice due to her recklessness.
