Oils provide vitamin E and dairy products provide "protein, riboflavin, vitamin B12, calcium, potassium and, if enriched, vitamin A and vitamin D." (p. 40) One area I need to improve on is my daily intake, even though my intake was average, I know I need to drink more milk. The last area concerns protein foods. Now my numbers were average, but it was impossible to know exactly what I was consuming at the bar. Very little information is displayed, so even though I ate grilled chicken breast I didn't know what ingredients were used. So the data is not exact. Due to a lack of food choices due to forces beyond my control, I haven't been able to eat much grilled meats or seafood. Protein foods provide your body with many different nutrients and in my opinion I only got a few. My physical activity level was higher than I thought. That's because I'm all about intramurals and beach volleyball really tests your body. Also going to the gym, walking and tracking my daily steps on my phone. It's something I've been doing for a while now and my average was about nine thousand steps a day. Which is great, it brings me back to the aforementioned normality
